During the “Industry for Defense” conference in Katowice, the vice president of Grupa Niewiadów PGM S.A. took the floor, highlighting one of the key challenges facing the Polish defense industry—the limited access private companies have to government contracts.
Many proceedings are directed exclusively at state-owned companies, bypassing public procurement law.
