Professor of chemistry, retired major in the Polish Army, with many years of experience in scientific research, the development of dual-use technologies, and the management of research institutions and technology companies.
He is the author and co-author of over 70 scientific publications and 23 patents. His expertise combines advanced technological knowledge, military experience, and management practice, providing significant support for the development of innovative technological and defense capabilities within organizations.
A retired colonel in the Polish Army with 37 years of operational experience, including service within NATO.
From 2024 to 2025, he served as Vice President of the Niewiadów Group.
His practical expertise in logistics and defense structures provides strong support in building an operational advantage for Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A.
A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. From 2022 to 2025, he served as Chairman of the Board; he is currently Vice President of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A.
A manager with extensive experience in strategic management, finance, and the development of private equity firms. His primary challenge within the merged structure is the capital and technological integration of the Niewiadów Group and PGM. He is leading the consolidation of the groups’ production and technological capabilities, thereby increasing the group’s value for shareholders.
Ph.D. (Eng.), MBA, a defense sector manager with over 23 years of experience in managing defense industry companies and strategically important technology and industrial projects.
He has held management positions at key companies in the Polish defense industry. He was responsible for business development, expanding production capacity, and collaborating with global defense partners, including Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, BAE Systems, and Boeing. His experience includes the development of defense technologies, technology transfer, and the implementation of international defense programs, including in the areas of air defense systems, military electronics, and ammunition production.
