The merger of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., listed on the NewConnect market, with Grupa Niewiadów S.A. has resulted in the creation of a new capital group with enhanced operational and technological capabilities. Effective July 16, 2025, the name GRUPA NIEWIADÓW - PGM S.A. is in effect . Effective December 12, 2025, the name NIEWIADÓW POLSKA GRUPA MILITARNA S.A. is in effect .
