The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., headquartered in Warsaw, announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders was held on October 31, 2025. The meeting was conducted in the presence of notary Karolina Rak-Wrońska.
The General Meeting adopted resolutions on the matters included on the agenda.

Interim reports in 2025 will be published on the following dates:
– Quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2024 – February 14, 2025;
– Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2025 – May 15, 2025;
– Quarterly report for the second quarter of 2025 – August 14, 2025;
– Quarterly report for the third quarter of 2025 – November 14, 2025;
– 2024 Annual Report – May 30, 2025
The above deadlines apply to the publication dates of both separate and consolidated reports.
Any changes to the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2025 will be disclosed to the public in the form of current reports, in accordance with the rules set forth in §6(14.2) of Appendix 3 to the ASO Rules.
