The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Company), acting pursuant to § 84(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, hereby announces a change in the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026, specified in current report No. 21/2026 of April 20, 2026, to June 1, 2026.
The new deadline for submitting the consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 is May 20, 2026.
