The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), hereby announces that on January 20, 2026, it adopted a resolution regarding a change in the Issuer’s registered office address. Pursuant to the aforementioned resolution, the Management Board decided to change the Issuer’s registered office address, effective February 1, 2026, to the following: ul. Sienna 75, 00-833 Warsaw. As of the date of publication of this report, the aforementioned change of address has not yet been registered in the National Court Register.
