The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”), hereby announces the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2026.
The reports will be released to the public on the following dates:
– Quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025 – February 13, 2026,
– Quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 – May 15, 2026,
– Quarterly interim report for the second quarter of 2026 – August 14, 2026,
– Quarterly interim report for the third quarter of 2026 – November 16, 2026,
– consolidated and separate annual report for 2025 – May 29, 2026
Any changes to the dates for the submission of periodic reports will be disclosed by the Issuer in the form of a current report, in accordance with the rules set forth in § 6(14.2) of Appendix 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
