The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, announces that it has received from its subsidiary, Zakłady Sprzętu Precyzyjnego Niewiadów sp. z o.o., regarding the completion of the first stage of technical acceptance of production lines intended for the manufacturing of large-caliber ammunition by Elaboracja Niewiadów sp. z o.o.
The acceptance inspection was conducted at the facility of the production line manufacturer—KONŠTRUKTA-Industry a.s.—and included verification of the workmanship of key system components, their compliance with technical requirements, and the design documentation. The first stage of the technical acceptance was completed successfully, with no issues identified that would affect the further implementation of the project or the approved investment schedule.
The completion of the first acceptance phase marks a significant milestone in the ongoing investment and confirms that the project is on schedule. Reaching this stage allows us to begin preparations for final acceptance, as well as the transport of the production lines to the Elaboracja Niewiadów sp. z o.o. facility, followed by their assembly, integration, and commissioning.
Once the installation process is complete, the production lines will form part of the manufacturing infrastructure designed to carry out the production of large-caliber ammunition at Elaboracja Niewiadów, including 155-mm artillery ammunition, 120-mm tank ammunition, and 120-mm mortar ammunition.
ZSP is responsible for supporting the investment, which includes technical acceptance, transportation, installation, and the preparation of the industrial infrastructure necessary to commission the production lines at the Elaboracja Niewiadów sp. z o.o. facility. Upon completion of the investment process, the production lines will be owned by Elaboracja Niewiadów sp. z o.o., which will conduct operations related to the manufacturing of large-caliber ammunition. The project is being implemented based on the complementary expertise of both companies, each of which is responsible for a separate scope of activities within the investment process and future operations.
According to information provided to the Issuer by ZSP, the final acceptance, preparation of the equipment for transport, and its delivery to the Elaboracja Niewiadów sp. z o.o. plant are scheduled for late August or early September 2026. As of the date of publication of this report, the project is proceeding according to schedule.
The Issuer’s Management Board deemed the above information to be material given the significance of the investment project for the development of the NPGM Group’s operations, its potential impact on the Issuer’s future operational capabilities, and its growth prospects.
