The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”), hereby submits the attached revised quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023.
The Issuer notes that the correction involves a change to the content of Section VI of the report, titled “The Issuer’s Comments on Circumstances and Events Significantly Affecting the Issuer’s Operations, Financial Position, and Results Achieved in the Third Quarter of 2023 and After Its End Until the Date of Publication of the Report” (p. 29 of the report). The correction consists of adding information regarding the Issuer’s sources of revenue included in the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023.
The Issuer hereby announces that, apart from the changes described above, this correction does not introduce any other material changes to the content of the original version of the quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023.
