Further to the content of ESPI Current Report No. 4/2024 dated February 6, 2024, the Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”) hereby announces that today, February 23, 2024, the Issuer entered into a framework agreement with a professional entity (“the Manufacturer”) for the manufacture of small arms (“the Agreement”).
The subject matter of the Agreement is (1) the Manufacturer’s production of no fewer than 4,000 (four thousand) small arms in the form of carbines in 5.56, 7.62, and 300 BLK calibers, and (2) the Manufacturer’s support of the Issuer in the distribution of the carbines.
The agreement stipulates that the carabiners will be delivered by the Manufacturer directly to retail outlets. The Issuer expects that the first deliveries of carabiners to retail outlets, in accordance with the agreement, should take place in the second quarter of 2024.
The Issuer estimates that the performance of the agreement—that is, the procurement and subsequent sale of the procured rifles to end users—will generate revenue of over PLN 15 million for the Issuer.
