With reference to the content of ESPI Current Report No. 30/2024 dated July 9, 2024, the Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), announces that TechRobotics sp. z o.o. — a company in which the Issuer holds shares representing 100% of the share capital — conducted tests of the ReconSEA electric “foil”-type maritime drone in August 2024.
The Issuer announces that tests of the ReconSEA drone were conducted in marine conditions with the aim of verifying the design specifications. The Issuer announces that the tests were successful and that the drone meets the functional specifications.
The Issuer announces that the ReconSEA drone will be showcased at the Issuer’s booth during the 32nd International Defense Industry Exhibition (MSPO) in Kielce from September 3–6, 2024. The International Defense Industry Exhibition is held annually in Kielce and is the most important event in Poland’s defense industry.
The Issuer notes that the “foil”-type maritime drone is part of a concept for unmanned observation platforms being developed within the Issuer’s Capital Group, which includes UGVs (Unmanned Ground Vehicles), UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles), and USVs (Unmanned Surface Vehicles).
The Issuer’s Management Board notes that the development of a “foil”-type water drone, as well as its presentation at MSPO in Kielce, may contribute to expanding the Issuer’s Capital Group’s product portfolio and help attract new customers and partners. At the same time, following the introduction of the maritime drone, Polska Grupa Militarna S.A. would be the only Polish entity offering solutions in the areas of maritime, ground, and aerial drones.
