The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), announces that on June 4, 2025, the brokerage firm maintaining the shareholder register of Grupa Niewiadów S.A. (GNSA) entered the Issuer as a shareholder holding shares representing 100% of GNSA’s share capital.
The Issuer notes that the GNSA shares in question were transferred to the Issuer pursuant to agreements for the subscription of the Issuer’s Series J shares, under which the existing shareholders of GNSA subscribed for a total of 100,000,000 registered Series J shares of the Issuer.
The Issuer announced the conclusion of these agreements in ESPI Current Report No. 31/2025 dated May 27, 2025.
This means that, as of today, the Issuer is the sole shareholder of Grupa Niewiadów S.A.
