The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), hereby announces that on May 14, 2025, the Issuer received two (2) notices prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies, from (1) Oleś, Rysz, Sarkowicz Law Firm, and (2) Regal Closed-End Investment Fund.
The Issuer has attached the notices referred to above.
