Another milestone has been reached in the development of the largest independent private capital group in the Polish defense industry: as previously announced and in accordance with the established schedule, a new Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A. has been appointed—two new Vice Presidents, Grzegorz Niedzielski and Zygmunt Spychała, have joined the Board.

New Management Board
In connection with the ongoing merger of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A. with Grupa Niewiadów S.A., a new Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A. was appointed on May 7, 2025. These changes are driven by the consistent implementation of the plan to merge the two entities, while also reflecting the new ownership structure and strategic priorities of the emerging defense industry group.
Radomir Woźniak, who currently holds the position, remains the President of the Management Board of PGM S.A. A graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, he has spent many years developing business projects and managing companies in various industries. He has experience in management, team building, and implementing business models tailored to market needs. Within the expanded structure, he will be responsible for the technological and capital integration of the merged entities.
Grzegorz Niedzielski, a manager with over 40 years of experience in the Polish defense industry, has been appointed the new Vice President of the Management Board of PGM S.A. During his career, he managed, among others, the WSK“PZL-Warszawa II”and ZM Dezamet S.A. plants, where, during his tenure as president and under his personal supervision, 155mm artillery ammunition was introduced into production to equip the Polish Armed Forces. Since 2019, he has served as President of the Management Board of of ZSP Niewiadów Sp. z o.o. He is responsible for the implementation of the PPZR GROM system and RAK mortar ammunition into production, as well as the launch of construction of a modern artillery ammunition manufacturing plant in Niewiadów. Niedzielski brings to the Management Board not only technical expertise but also a proven track record in implementing strategically important investments.
Zygmunt Spychała, a retired colonel and Polish Army officer with 37 years of experience in Poland and abroad—including in military missions and NATO structures—has also been appointed Vice President of the Management Board of PGM S.A. In recent years, he has advised management boards in the defense industry (including Rosomak S.A. and Etronika Sp. z o.o.), and since February 2024, he has served as Vice President of the Niewiadów S.A. Group. His practical knowledge of military structures and defense logistics provides crucial support for the group’s operational development.
