Zakłady Sprzętu Precyzyjnego Niewiadów, a subsidiary of the Niewiadów-PGM S.A. Group, has signed a contract with Wescom Signal & Rescue Germany, a member of the Wescom Group, for the production and delivery of portable dynamic mine clearance systems based on elongated charges, intended for delivery to the NSPA (NATO Support and Procurement Agency).
They will be manufactured based on designs owned by Wescom. The agreement is a framework agreement and has been entered into for a period of 5 years, with an option to extend. The parties anticipate monthly orders. This collaboration could significantly contribute to the Group’s revenue growth.
It is worth noting that as of July 16, 2025, PGM S.A. has been operating under a new name: Grupa Niewiadów-PGM S.A.
“Signing the contract with Wescom is an important step in the continued growth of the Niewiadów-PGM Group and, at the same time, a testament to the trust placed in our Group by global entities responsible for security and defense. The expertise of our specialists, our manufacturing experience, and our ability to execute highly specialized projects have once again been recognized. The execution of the contract with Wescom is not only another boost to our Group’s growth but also an expression of our commitment to developing modern solutions for the security of NATO member states. It is also an important step in our Group’s international development,” emphasizes Grzegorz Niedzielski, President of the Management Board of the Niewiadów-PGM Group S.A.

A leading defense sector company listed on the stock exchange
As of July 16, 2025, the Group has been operating under a new name: Grupa Niewiadów-PGM S.A. The merger of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., listed on the NewConnect stock exchange, with Grupa Niewiadów S.A., a recognized manufacturer of special-purpose equipment and solutions for the military and civilian sectors, has led to the creation of a new capital group with enhanced operational and technological capabilities.
The integrated entity operates in the defense sector in the broadest sense. The Group also includes companies specializing in the development of unmanned systems (drones), dual-use products, military logistics, and advanced technologies for the military. The Group holds a license from the Ministry of the Interior and Administration for the production and storage of ammunition, the trade in military products, and develops advanced solutions tailored to the needs of the modern battlefield.
One of the most important assets is ZSP Niewiadów — a company with over 100 years of history in arms manufacturing and experience in supplying the Polish Armed Forces. Currently, the Group is implementing a strategic project to build a modern 155mm ammunition factory, responding to the growing defense needs of Poland and its allies. 155 mm ammunition is a key component of military equipment worldwide.
Thanks to the scale of its operations, complementary areas of expertise, and state-of-the-art technological infrastructure, the Group has established itself as a leading defense industry holding company—one of the most comprehensive and rapidly growing private entities in the country. The Group’s products are sold both domestically and internationally.
