The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., headquartered in Warsaw (the Issuer), announces that on May 6, 2024, the Issuer’s Supervisory Board removed Radomir Wożniak from the Issuer’s Management Board and subsequently appointed a new Management Board consisting of:
1/ Radomir Woźniak – Chairman of the Issuer’s Management Board;
2/ Grzegorz Niedzielski – Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board;
3/ Zygmunt Spychała – Vice President of the Issuer’s Management Board.
The Management Board, in the above composition, has been appointed for a joint three-year term of office, which begins on May 7, 2025.
The Issuer hereby attaches the professional résumés of the individuals listed above, as referred to in §10(20) of Appendix 1 to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
