The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”) hereby announces that on February 2, 2026, it received a statement from L Investments sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Katowice, submitted in exercise of the personal right specified in the Issuer’s Articles of Association, regarding the appointment of Mr. Jacek Bartosiak to the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
The professional biography of the Issuer’s new Supervisory Board member, containing the information specified in § 10(20) of Appendix 1 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, will be made public at a later date.
