The Management Board of Grupa Niewiadów – PGM S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), announces that on September 4, 2025, during the International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Zakłady Sprzętu Precyzyjnego Niewiadów sp. z o.o. (ZSP), in which the Issuer holds shares representing 100% of the share capital through Grupa Niewiadów S.A., signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with Island Ordnance Systems LLC (IOS), headquartered in Mineola, New York, USA.
The first agreement concerns the launch of cooperation on the transfer of technology and the production of Claymore-type directional anti-personnel mines, which are standard equipment for the armed forces of many NATO countries.
ZSP, which has many years of experience in carrying out defense projects and manufacturing specialized military equipment, will be responsible for setting up and launching the production process in Poland.
The second agreement provides for the expansion of cooperation in the area of 2.75-inch unguided rockets (MK66 system), which are widely used by the air forces of NATO countries. Under the project, IOS will provide key components, technical documentation, and know-how, while ZSP will be responsible for organizing the assembly, production, and testing of these rockets in Poland.
The signing of these MoUs represents a significant step in the development of the Niewiadów – PGM S.A. Group’s capabilities, strengthening its industrial potential in the field of specialized ammunition production and opening up opportunities to fulfill contracts for the Polish Armed Forces and foreign partners.
