The Management Board of GRUPA NIEWIADÓW – PGM S.A. (the Issuer) announces that on September 3, 2025, the Company entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with LPP s.r.o., based in Prague (LPP).
The purpose of the signed Memorandum is to define the terms of cooperation and the parties’ commitment to developing an industrial partnership in the following areas:
– unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs),
– unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs),
– ammunition, including mine and pyrotechnic designs,
– the Antos smart mortar.
Under the MoU, the Parties declared:
– conducting negotiations and discussions aimed at concluding final agreements regarding the above projects,
– I prefer joint initiatives involving development, production, investment, marketing, and industrial cooperation,
– the principle of exclusivity regarding projects agreed upon under the MoU,
– striving to establish a long-term industrial partnership.
Under the Memorandum, the cooperation will initially focus on the Polish market, with the possibility of expanding to other territories in the final agreements.
The MoU shall remain in effect for a period of 36 months from the date of signing, unless it is superseded by a final agreement prior to that time.
The Issuer’s Management Board emphasizes that the signed Memorandum represents a significant step in building the Company’s industrial capabilities in the field of advanced defense technologies and opens up opportunities for the development of new product lines and projects with revenue potential that is significant for the Group.
