The Management Board of Grupa Niewiadów S.A. – PGM S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), hereby announces that on August 26, 2025, the Issuer entered into a loan agreement with Grupa Niewiadów S.A. (GNSA).
Pursuant to the loan agreement in question, the Issuer, as the lender, granted GNSA, as the borrower, a loan in the amount of PLN 20,000,000 (twenty million zlotys), bearing interest at a rate of 5% per annum.
As the borrower, GNSA is required to repay the loan amount within 36 months of the loan disbursement.
