The Management Board of Grupa Niewiadów – PGM S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer) announces that on August 13, 2025, the Issuer received a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, from Forum Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A.
The Issuer is attaching the notice referred to above.
