The Niewiadów-PGM S.A. Group, headquartered in Warsaw, is correcting an obvious clerical error in Current Report No. 50/2025 dated July 25, 2025, by amending the title of the report as follows:
Previously: "Signing of a contract for the supply of mine clearance systems to a German client"
It should read: "Conclusion of a contract for the supply of portable dynamic mine clearance systems based on elongated charges for a customer in Germany"
The text of Current Report No. 50/2025 dated July 25, 2025, remains unchanged and reads as follows:
The Management Board of Grupa Niewiadów-PGM S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), hereby announces that on July 23, 2025, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Zakłady Sprzętu Precyzyjnego Niewiadów sp. z o.o. (ZSP), in which, through Grupa Niewiadów S.A., the Issuer holds shares representing 100% of the share capital, entered into an agreement with Wescom Signal Rescue Germany GmbH (Wescom) governing the terms of ZSP’s production and supply to Wescom of portable dynamic mine clearance systems based on elongated charges, intended for delivery to the NSPA Support and Procurement Agency. The kits will be manufactured based on designs owned by Wescom. The agreement is a framework agreement. Under its terms, ZSP is to receive monthly orders for the production and delivery of a specified number of portable dynamic mine clearance systems. The agreement was concluded for a period of 5 years with the option to extend.
The Issuer is providing this information because the performance of the agreement in question may have a significant impact on the growth of ZSP’s revenue and the Issuer’s consolidated revenue.
