The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”), with reference to EBI Report No. 15/2024 dated July 17, 2024, hereby announces that on April 1, 2025, an amendment to the agreement for the provision of services as an Authorized Advisor regarding the introduction of Series H, I, and TR shares to trading on the NewConnect market, concluded with Abistema Kancelaria Doradca sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kraków. Pursuant to the amendment, the listing on the NewConnect market covers the Issuer’s Series H, I, and FA shares. The amendment is effective as of March 28, 2025.
