The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), pursuant to Article 70(1) of the Act on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (the “Public Offerings Act”), hereby announces that on July 14, 2025, it received a notice prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Public Offering Act from the shareholder Cpar Ltd.
The Issuer hereby submits the notices referred to above.
