The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), announces that on July 9, 2025, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Zakłady Sprzętu Precyzyjnego Niewiadów sp. z o.o. (ZSP), in which the Issuer holds shares representing 100% of the share capital through Grupa Niewiadów S.A., entered into an agreement with the State Treasury, represented by the Armament Agency—the entity responsible for the procurement of armaments for the Polish Armed Forces—for the supply of artillery round simulators.
Under the agreement, ZSP will supply 3,000 units in 2026 and 3,000 units in 2027 of ISA-73 cannon shot simulators with PG-15P propellant charges in exchange for remuneration, the amount of which, both in 2026 and in 2027, is very significant in relation to ZSP’s results for 2024. Due to the subject matter and nature of the agreement, the Issuer does not disclose the detailed terms of the agreement in question to the public.
The Issuer is issuing this announcement because the performance of the agreement in question will have a significant impact on the growth of ZSP’s revenue and the Issuer’s consolidated revenue.
