The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), hereby announces that on July 2, 2025, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Zakłady Sprzętu Precyzyjnego Niewiadów sp. z o.o. (ZSP), through which Grupa Niewiadów S.A., the Issuer holds shares representing 100% of the share capital, entered into an agreement with the State Treasury, represented by the Armaments Agency—the entity responsible for arms procurement for the Polish Armed Forces—for the supply of PŁOMIEŃ signal mines.
Under the terms of the contract, between 2025 and 2027, ZSP will supply, depending on the final scope of the order, no fewer than 24,500 and no more than 44,500 PŁOMIEŃ signal flares, with the majority of deliveries taking place in 2026 and 2027.
The Issuer notes that the PŁOMIEŃ signal flares are different from the flares referred to in ESPI Current Report No. 42/2025 dated July 1, 2025. The Issuer will announce any agreement regarding the supply of these flares in a separate current report.
The Issuer is issuing this announcement because the performance of the agreement in question will have a significant impact on the growth of ZSP’s revenue and the Issuer’s consolidated revenue.
