With reference to the content of ESPI Current Report No. 33/2023 dated December 15, 2023, the Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”), hereby announces that today, December 18, 2023, the Issuer completed its first-ever delivery of firearms.
The Issuer explains that this is the first weapons delivery carried out by the Issuer since obtaining the license, as the Issuer announced in ESPI Current Report No. 27/2023 dated October 25, 2023.
The Issuer notes that the completion of this delivery confirms the Issuer’s ability to conduct business in the field of arms trading, which should be of significant importance to the Issuer’s future financial results
