The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”), announces that today, December 15, 2023, it entered into its first contract for the supply of firearms with the following specifications: 5.56 mm x 45 mm NATO caliber; 7.62 mm x 39 mm caliber; 9 mm x 19 mm Parabellum caliber; and others. The recipient of the firearms is a professional entity, and the first delivery under the agreement will take place in December 2023.
The Issuer explains that this is the first 12-month contract for the supply of firearms executed by the Issuer since obtaining its license, as the Issuer disclosed in ESPI Current Report No. 27/2023 dated October 25, 2023.
The Issuer notes that the conclusion and performance of this agreement confirm the Issuer’s ability to conduct business in the field of arms trading. The effects of this agreement may have a significant impact on the Issuer’s future revenues.
