The Management Board of Grupa Niewiadów – PGM S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), hereby submits, as an attachment to this announcement, the Issuer’s consolidated quarterly report for the period from July 1, 2025, to September 30, 2025, which also includes, pursuant to §5( 2a of Appendix No. 3 to the ASO Rules, the information referred to in § 5, section 4.1, points 1) – 4), and section 4.2 of Appendix No. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules with respect to the Company.
