With reference to the content of ESPI Current Report No. 29/2023 dated November 23, 2023, the Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”), hereby announces that on November 27, 2023, the Issuer completed the first-ever delivery of small arms ammunition in the Issuer’s history.
The Issuer explains that this is the first ammunition delivery carried out by the Issuer since obtaining the license, as the Issuer announced in ESPI Current Report No. 27/2023 dated October 25, 2023.
The Issuer notes that the completion of this delivery confirms the Issuer’s ability to conduct business in the field of ammunition trading, which should have a significant impact on the Issuer’s future financial results.
