The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”), announces that today, January 17, 2024, the Issuer acquired 43 shares in the share capital of Tech Robotics sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw. This means that the Issuer currently holds a total of 527 shares in the share capital, representing 100% of the share capital of Tech Robotics sp. z o.o.
The Issuer also announces that work is currently underway to convert Tech Robotics sp. z o.o. into a joint-stock company and to list the company’s shares on the NewConnect market.
