The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”), announces that on November 23, 2023, it entered into its first contract for the supply of small arms ammunition (caliber 5.56 mm x 45 mm NATO, bullet type: FM; 7.62 mm x 39 mm caliber, bullet type: FMJ; 9 mm x 19 mm Parabellum caliber, bullet type: FMJ, and others). The recipient of the ammunition is a professional entity, and the first delivery under the agreement will take place by the end of November 2023.
The Issuer explains that this is the first 12-month ammunition supply contract executed by the Issuer since obtaining its license, as the Issuer disclosed in ESPI Current Report No. 27/2023 dated October 25, 2023.
The Issuer notes that the conclusion and performance of this agreement confirm the Issuer’s ability to conduct business in the field of ammunition trading. The effects of this agreement may have a significant impact on the Issuer’s future revenues.
