The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), pursuant to Article 70(1) of the Act on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies (the “Public Offerings Act”), hereby announces that on October 23, 2023, it received a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Public Offering Act from a shareholder, Ms. Małgorzata Górska.
The Issuer hereby submits the notice referred to above.
