The Management Board of Grupa Niewiadów – PGM S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company has been convened for October 31, 2025, to begin at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Notary Public Firm Agnieszka Łabuszewska and Karolina Rak-Wrońska s.c. in Warsaw (00-659) at 53/63 Koszykowa Street.
The Company’s Management Board hereby submits the following: (1) the full text of the notice convening the Extraordinary General Meeting, (2) Appendix 1 to the notice convening the Extraordinary General Meeting, (3) draft resolutions, and (4) a sample form for voting at the General Meeting by proxy.
