The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), hereby announces that on May 7, 2025, the Issuer received two notices prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies from (1) Rayo Fund S. r.l. and (2) Dariusz Formela. The Issuer attaches the notifications referred to above.
