The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (“the Issuer”), pursuant to Article 70(1) of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies (“the Public Offering Act”), hereby announces that it received today a notification prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Public Offering Act from the shareholder HEROS sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw.
The Issuer hereby submits the notice referred to above.
