The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), hereby announces that on May 7, 2025, the Issuer received two notices prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to an Organized Trading System and on Public Companies from (1) Kancelaria Radców Prawnych Oleś, Rysz, Sarkowicz sp.k. and (2) Forum Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. The Issuer attaches the notifications referred to above.
