The Management Board of Grupa Niewiadów S.A. – PGM S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), hereby announces that, following the death of Mr. Waldemar Skrzypczak, a former member of the Supervisory Board, and the resulting reduction in the number of its members to fewer than five, in accordance with § 23(4) and ( 7 of the Issuer’s Articles of Association, on August 26, 2025, based on a statement by a shareholder of the Issuer, a new member of the Supervisory Board—Mr. Norbert Komar—was appointed to the Issuer’s Supervisory Board.
The appointment of a new member of the Issuer’s Supervisory Board was made by co-optation. The co-optation of Mr. Norbert Komar will be subject to approval at the Issuer’s next General Meeting.
The professional biography of the Issuer’s new Supervisory Board member, as required under §10(20) of Appendix 1 to the Alternative Trading System Rules, will be made public together with the relevant EBI current report at a later date.
