The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Company), acting pursuant to § 84(4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of June 6, 2025, on current and periodic information disclosed by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (the Regulation), hereby announces the dates for the publication of periodic reports for the 2026 fiscal year.
Interim reports will be released to the public on the following dates:
– Consolidated and separate annual report for 2025 – April 30, 2026.
– Consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2026 – June 1, 2026;
– Consolidated report for the first half of 2026 – September 30, 2026;
– Consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2026 – November 30, 2026;
At the same time, the Company hereby declares that:
(a) in accordance with § 83(2) of the Regulation, it will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2026.
(b) In accordance with § 63(1) of the Regulation, the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports for individual entities. The Company will present the parent company’s quarterly financial information in the consolidated quarterly report for the first and third quarters of 2026.
(c) In accordance with § 63(3) of the Regulation, it will not publish a separate standalone semi-annual report; therefore, the consolidated semi-annual report for the first half of 2026 will include condensed semi-annual financial statements, together with the audit firm’s review report and condensed notes to the financial statements.
