The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), hereby announces that on May 5, 2025, the Issuer received a notice prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offerings and the Conditions for Introducing Financial Instruments to Organized Trading and on Public Companies from the shareholder AFP Capital Sp. z o.o. The Issuer hereby attaches the aforementioned notification.
