The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw, announces that on December 18, 2025, Mr. Grzegorz Niedzielski resigned from his position as President of the Issuer’s Management Board and from his positions on the management boards of all other companies within the Issuer’s Capital Group in which he served. The resignation is due to personal reasons. It will take effect on December 31, 2025. At the same time, the Issuer announces that Mr. Grzegorz Niedzielski will continue to work for the Issuer as an Advisor to the Management Board for Strategic Development. In particular, Mr. Grzegorz Niedzielski will advise and support the Issuer in the implementation of the Issuer’s strategic project, namely the launch of production of 155 mm caliber ammunition. The adopted solution takes into account both Mr. Grzegorz Niedzielski’s situation and decision, as well as the Issuer’s interests.
