The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Issuer”), announces that on January 9, 2024, the Issuer entered into a letter of intent with a professional entity (the “Manufacturer”) regarding negotiations aimed at agreeing on the terms of cooperation in the production of small arms. The subject of the negotiations will be to establish the terms under which the Manufacturer will provide the Issuer with the production of small arms in various calibers.
The parties do not rule out the establishment of a special-purpose vehicle.
In accordance with the provisions of the letter of intent in question, the parties’ negotiations should be concluded within 30 days of the date of signing the letter of intent.
The Issuer notes that any potential collaboration between the Issuer and the Manufacturer in the field of small arms production would serve as further confirmation of the Issuer’s ability to operate in the military market and should have a significant impact on the Issuer’s future financial results.
