The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: “the Issuer”), hereby announces the schedule for the publication of periodic reports in 2024:
Interim reports for 2024 will be published on the following dates:
– separate and consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2023 – February 14, 2024;
– separate and consolidated quarterly report for the first quarter of 2024 – May 15, 2024;
– separate and consolidated quarterly report for the second quarter of 2024 – August 14, 2024;
– separate and consolidated quarterly report for the third quarter of 2024 – November 14, 2024;
– the separate and consolidated annual report for 2023 – May 31, 2024.
Any changes to the dates for the submission of periodic reports will be disclosed to the public by the Issuer in the form of a current report, in accordance with the rules set forth in § 6(14.2) of Appendix 3 to the ASO Rules.
