18/2026 | Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding with Wifama, LLC

The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), announces that on April 2, 2026, the Issuer’s subsidiary, Zakłady Sprzętu Precyzyjnego Niewiadów sp. z o.o. (ZSP), in which the Issuer holds shares representing 100% of the share capital through Grupa Niewiadów S.A., entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Wifama sp. z o.o. (Wifama) regarding the joint offering of products to the Polish Armed Forces (MoU).

In the MoU, the parties expressed their intention to cooperate economically in jointly offering various types of anti-personnel mines to the Armaments Agency (AU), specifically directional, pressure-activated, and pull-type mines, as well as other types that may be manufactured, offered, and supplied by either party.

In accordance with the MoU, the parties have initiated discussions aimed at developing a permanent framework for joint action and intend to make joint efforts to secure contracts for the supply of anti-personnel mines, including by presenting a unified front to the AU during technical dialogue proceedings.

The MoU does not impose any financial obligations on the parties. The specific scope, timeline, and rules governing the financing and settlement of any future projects carried out under the MoU will be set forth in separate documents on a case-by-case basis.

The MoU was concluded for a period of three years from the date of its signing.

The Issuer explains that the MoU was entered into in connection with the settlement agreement with Wifama, which the Issuer disclosed in current report ESPI 17/2026 dated April 2, 2026. At the same time, the Issuer informs that the content of the earlier ESPI report No. 16/2026 dated the same day, which concerned the settlement with Wifama, was published in error, did not fully reflect the parties’ agreements, and could have been misleading as to their content. The Issuer regrets this and apologizes to Wifama for the error.
