The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), hereby announces that on April 27, 2025, the Issuer received two notices prepared pursuant to Article 69 of the Act on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies from the shareholder CPAR Ltd. The Issuer hereby attaches the notifications referred to above.
