The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), hereby announces that on March 25, 2026, the Issuer entered into an agreement with Tech Robotics S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Company), to subscribe for the Company’s Series E ordinary bearer shares.
Pursuant to the share subscription agreement, the Issuer subscribed to 3,000,000 Series E ordinary bearer shares of the Company in exchange for a cash contribution totaling PLN 300,000.00.
