With reference to ESPI Report No. 42/2024 dated November 5, 2024, and ESPI Report No. 12/2025 dated March 28, 2025 The Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), hereby announces that today, April 8, 2025, it submitted to the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A revised application for the admission of the Issuer’s shares to the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market, i.e., 1,450,852 Series H ordinary bearer shares and 5,500,000 Series I ordinary bearer shares with a par value of 10 groszy per share.
Series FA shares will be issued once the shareholder has paid for and subscribed to all Series FA shares.
