The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer), announces that on March 17, 2026, it was informed by Grupa Niewiadów S.A., a subsidiary of the Issuer (the Niewiadów Group), that it had received from KNDS France, with its registered office in Versailles (KNDS), in which KNDS declares that, following an assessment of the Niewiadów Group’s production capabilities and as a result of ongoing strategic discussions, it is willing to participate in a project to produce 155 mm ammunition, as a technology partner, and to support the Niewiadów Group in the production of 155 mm ammunition based on LU211 technology, with the possibility of expanding to other types of ammunition.
Should the Polish Armaments Agency award a tender for the supply of complete ammunition, KNDS will submit a comprehensive proposal to increase production capacity, including a license, technology transfer, technical assistance, the supply of kits, and a trial batch for the qualification of the solution in the KRAB and K9 systems. This proposal will be negotiated and agreed upon by the parties in advance, prior to the commencement of full-scale production, based on the current capabilities of the Niewiadów Group and its partners.
KNDS has expressed its willingness to build a long-term partnership with the Niewiadów Group or any consortium (i.e., a special-purpose vehicle established by the Niewiadów Group) in the field of ammunition, to supply the Polish Armed Forces and for joint export markets.
KNDS is a European leader in the field of defense equipment manufacturing and is part of the Franco-German KNDS Group, which operates in France, Germany, Italy, and Belgium.
