With reference to ESPI Report No. 42/2024 dated November 5, 2024, the Management Board of Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the Issuer) hereby announces that today, March 28, 2025, it submitted to the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. an amended application for the admission of the Issuer’s shares to the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market, namely 1,450,852 Series H ordinary bearer shares, 5,500,000 Series I ordinary bearer shares, and 1,309,090 Series FA ordinary bearer shares, each with a par value of 10 groszy.
The Management Board has decided to postpone the planned listing of Series TR shares on the NewConnect market, at least until the Issuer’s interim report for the first quarter of 2025 is published.
