The Management Board of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter: the Company), hereby announces that, in connection with the adoption by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. on January 7, 2026, Resolution No. 13/2026 regarding the introduction of ordinary bearer shares of NIEWIADÓW POLSKA GRUPA MILITARNA S.A., with a par value of PLN 0.10 (ten groszy) each, i.e.:
1) 1,450,852 (one million four hundred fifty thousand eight hundred fifty-two) Series H shares,
2) 5,500,000 (five million five hundred thousand) Series I shares,
3) 4,000,000 (four million) Series FA shares.
On January 8, 2026, it filed a request to set January 20, 2026, as the first day of trading for Series H Shares, Series I Shares, and Series FA Shares on the NewConnect alternative trading system.
